Welcome to the Farm
We're located in the tiny hamlet of Rutsonville in Gardiner, New York (the home of the only street light for miles!). We have a a stocked pond for fishing, and a swimming pool in the summer. You can pick apples and pears in the orchard in the fall.
The closest supermarket is six miles away in Pine Bush.
Come and visit. The kids need company (so do Kevin and Joanne).

Directions to the Farm
West Side Highway or FDR Drive to George Washington Bridge. Bear right and take Palisades Parkway North.
After about 15 miles take New York State Thruway West, Exit 9W (Exit 9W - not Route 9W). Go about 30 miles.
Get off at Newburgh Exit 17
When you get off, make first right, which says "300 - To-84" although you are not going to take 84. After you make a big circle you are on 300 North. Go about a mile or so and make a left at the Dairy Queen on Route 52. Take this 5-6 miles into the Village of Walden. In Walden, make a right on Route 208 and follow that 2-3 miles until it reaches the village of Wallkill (208 makes a sharp right at that point). Make a left on the main street of Wallkill (Wallkill Avenue) for about 3 blocks. Make a left at the Post Office - Bruyn Turnpike.
Follow the Bruyn Turnpike across the river out of town. Make the first right at Lippincott Street. There is a sign that says "Lippincott Manor". Continue on this road until you cross Albany Post Road and the name changes to Bates Road. Continue on Bates Road for about a mile or two. Make a right at Hoagerburgh Road at the top of the hill. Follow Hoagerburgh to the end and make a right.
The first left is Tilson Lake Road. We are at the end of this road, at the first four-corner intersection, the corner of Tilson Lake Road and Rutsonville Road - 248 Rutsonville Road. (Don't continue straight onto Decker Road. If the street sign says Decker, you've gone too far). Make left at the corner and then left into the driveway between the house and the grayish barn. A sign says "Rocking R Farm" (See photo on Photo Page). It is a white farmhouse with green shutters right on the road.
